The main event of your festive feast: British free-range roast chicken served hot with tender savoy cabbage, carrots, golden Yorkshire puddings, creamy cauliflower cheese, and rich gravy. For our vegetarian guests, we have a delicious salt-baked celeriac with a velvety celeriac and roast garlic velouté.
